My daughter turned 8! I can not believe I am a mother of an 8 year old! AND that she is growing up so fast! This shoot wasn’t really even a shoot, just her after school as we passed her favorite patch of flowers growing along the road. In the midst of how busy life can be these days, it is always good to take a step back and reflect on the little things…like our growing children! This is so my daughter, nature lover, flower picker, cowboy boot wearing diva! Happy Birthday to you TT! I love you!

Baby J was so sweet! I have to admit I had a tad bit of hair envy as my little toe heads never had hair! This session was filled with some sweet treats and some of Grandma’s lovin’.
Enjoy a peek into her sweet studio newborn session…Happy Holidays
Oh an how could I forget…Dad is a coffee lover and wanted to preserve her first outing at the coffee shop next door to my studio……Little FIsh Coffee…yeah it’s not everyday I get asked to take a pic of a baby in a coffee shop but hey…it did come out kinda cute
Be sure to stop in for a cup o’ jo at Little Fish Coffee next time your in Hanapepe town! Best coffee in Kauai~ ALL CHILDREN LEFT UNATTENDED WILL BE SERVED EXPRESSO & SUGAR!
Little Baby K is the sweetest! So tiny, sweet smelling and such a great little one to photograph. This baby is extra special as she is my good friends baby, whom I documented her birth and mom’s belly as it changed month to month, week to week. Her big sis came along for the sesh and was so well behaved and quite the ham herself! I could prob do a blog post just on her pics! Welcome to this beautiful world Baby K you have so many people who love you and lots of brothers and sisters to hug up on ya! Enjoy some pics of this little cuttie
All headbands in shoot are by keiki couture
Sun setting along the ocean as their backdrop, trade winds gently blowing, family & friends gathered to witness true love! That was the setting of this beautiful intimate wedding, along Kauai’s Western most shore. It was simply an elegant event. Boasting great charm and originality and masterfully crafted by planner Marlene Mira of Mira Mira Events at Kekaha’s Ocean Front Fischer House & Cottage. I loved this couple & this wedding, it was such a pleasure to be a part of their special day! Enjoy a few of my favs from their event…it was hard for me to pick just a few
It was one of those days were I had to pinch myself to the natural beauty this island blesses us with daily. The whipping wind didn’t stop these smiles and songs of laughter. This sweet, fun, beautiful family had the ultimate Kauai portrait session! Monk seals greeted us as we walked along the beach. Rainbows filled our backdrop our entire session! It was hard to just pick a few images from this sesh as this family was so cute and fun to photograph.
Enjoy a few images from their session filled with Aloha
Wishing you all a HAPPY & SAFE Halloweeeennn!

It was probably one of the most amazing experiences to be part of my good friends birth. Brittany was glowing and smiling through out the whole birth. No really, she was! Her experience at Home Birth Kauai was unforgettable. I am so grateful for being a part of this birth experience and it was a beautiful, calm and peaceful way to bring a new life into this world.
Much love to the Kurowski Family and their new addition!
Note to self: If I ever get the chance to document another birth I need to remove myself a bit more. I was just so excited to be a part of her birth that I didn’t get as much of the story as I wish I would have. I loved EVERY minute of it and I am so happy to have been there for the birth of their 4th child. ….And I have to agree I think Kinley should have Meadow somewhere in her name as mom birthed & walked around the meadow for quite some time
Happy Birthday Kinely! Welcome to this beautiful world!!!!
